[1.11.2] Candy Mod (Villager Children Follow You)

This mod adds three new candies for you to make.
There is a lolipop, jellybeans and a chocolate bar.
The lolipop is made from four sugar and one stick.
The jelly beans are made with one sugar and one dye of any color (except brown)
The chocolate bar is made from one sugar and one cocoa bean! (I may change this)

Another little feature I've added to this mod is that villager children follow you when you hold candy. :P
